Problems opening / saving Storylines
I'm having numerous problems opening files where it's suggested that assets are causing issues. Sometimes it tells me which assets, but the problem sill remains when they're removed or replaced. At other times, I'm left to guess which ones are problematic.
Files which saved ok one day can be problematic the next.
Any ideas?

Hello AnthonyCegielka,
Thanks for reaching out! I see that you contacted us last month and chatted with my colleague Cleober about saving your Storyline project files.
- Just to confirm your current setup, are you working and attempting to save these Storyline files locally or on OneDrive? We recommend working locally to avoid corruption.
- As an extra step, we recommend backing up your project files to Review 360 or uploading content to a library of shared team slides.
- Have you tried importing your existing slides into a new project file and then saving? I'm curious if you notice any change.
If you are experiencing this behavior across multiple project files when using our latest version of Storyline (Update 100), I recommend you conduct a repair of Storyline 360. A repair can fix some erratic behavior if it is not isolated to one specific project file or impacted element(s).
If the repair does not help, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a screen recording of this behavior and a copy of your project files to test on our end. You can share your files in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
