Problems with image quality

Hi Everyone I'm using a slide with pictures on it, to zoom in and talk about certain parts. When I zoom in, it's really blurry. I've tried using one high quality image, but that doesn't work. ...

Hi Katie

Thanks for getting back to me.

I'm using 3.24.17733.0 I know there's an update available, but I don't like to update during a project, as it's caused me issues in the past.

And yes, what you've described is what I'm seeing.

I've had to work around it now and create individual slides for each zoom and trigger them, rather than using the zoom function.

It would be nice to fix this though, so I can do it in the future...

    Thanks for confirming, Kassy. I'll tag this discussion for an update on this behavior. I'm glad you found a manageable workaround in the meantime.
