Problems with Rise Accordion block
Hello. Today, I am having problems with adding text to the Accordion block in Rise. Part of the problem seems to be the Quick Insert feature that comes up when editing text. If I attempt to bypass the Quick Insert, Rise freezes up and is unable respond even after a browser refresh, which is very frustrating. I attempted to clear my browser cache, but that made no difference.
Has anyone else run into this issue before & what was your workaround? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing this, and sorry for the frustration.
What you’re describing lines up with an issue we were seeing in Rise where the editor could freeze when editing text in certain blocks, including Accordion blocks. I’m happy to let you know that a recent Rise 360 update addresses this behavior.
There’s nothing to install for web apps. You may need to refresh the Rise editor to make sure you’re on the latest version. Let us know if you’re still running into the issue after that, and we’ll be glad to take another look.

I'm having issues with this block too. Seems to be a problem on their end. In my case it freezes even if I attempt to edit a text within the block. I'm also getting random errors while editing text in text blocks.
