Hi, how is it possible that a zipped SCORM Storyline is not read correctly by the LMS platform if downloaded from a Mac device?

You'll want to make sure that no files are getting deleted or quarantined by any anti-malware application during the download process. The published output of a Storyline 360 course needs to be uploaded as-is for it to work. Any missing files in the published output could cause the course to not launch correctly when uploaded to an LMS.
You can try comparing the file size of your course when downloaded in Windows, versus the size when downloaded on your Mac device. If the file sizes aren't the same, try reaching out to your IT team to see if your Storyline 360 downloads are being altered in your Mac environment.
