We just released Update 10 for Storyline 3 and included a fix where users were unable to drag sliders in Safari on iPad OS 13. Click here for details.
To update, follow the steps in this article below to install the latest version!

I do want to follow-up here with a question on if there is any possible way to update our old code to bring this change about in existing output without having to re-publish (in our case) over 100 different files?

Changing the code is unsupported so we recommend republishing. If anyone has changed the code, I hope they'll pop in to offer advice!
