Progress Bar using Menu.progress weird glitch
Does anyone else find that when using a progress bar that uses the menu.progress variable, that every so often on random slides it resets to 0? I cannot work out why its happening. Any ideas what could be causing it would be great!

Hi DeniseBull-4789!
Sorry to hear the progress bar in Storyline is resetting to zero on random slides!
Do you experience this issue when previewing your course within Storyline, or after it's been published to specific formats such as LMS or Review 360?
It's possible the behavior could be related to how the progress is being tracked, or the revisit settings that have been chosen for the Slides. Also, does this design implement any use of Javascript Triggers? If so, it's helpful to ensure that the Triggers are setup correctly on their respective Slides, or Slide Master. The Adjust Variable Trigger should come before the Execute JavaScript Trigger.
If you're comfortable sharing the file you've been working with, we'd be happy to take a closer look and test the functionality on our end. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

It is experienced in Storyline and Review 360. As the original post states it uses the built in menu.progress variable which is supposed to automatically adjust subject to the progress made so no need to adjust any variables. No Java script is used anywhere in the course.
Hello DeniseBull-4789,
Thank you for sharing additional information with us!
- If you import your project slides into a brand new .story file, are you still experiencing this behavior?
- Is this happening with any other projects you are currently working on, or just this one?
I'd like our team to take a closer look at your project file so we can test this out on our end. Please share the .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
