Project hosted on Brainshark, which will only record completion, how do I get the users survey input?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing. 

What tracking method did you choose when publishing?

Storyline lets you track a course by the number of slides viewed, a quiz result, or a completion trigger. Sending more than one measurement or multiple quiz scores to your LMS for the same course isn't supported. (However, Storyline 360 has more quizzing and tracking options.)
