Promt to resume - prevent cheating

Hey heros,

I have a question due to the resume function:

I am working on a WBT with a feedback by question. Due to that it's easy to cheat, because the learners are allowed to resume where they left of.

So, if the learner is given an answer to a question and receives the feedback, that his answer was not correct, the learner can easily reload the slide with his browser and he won't get back to feedback layer, but to the question (base layer). Because of this, the learner can cheat and answer again as often as the learner wants until the answer is correct. 

This might be a problem, if the learning progress is recorded in a LMS. If learners take the WBT serios they are able to reach 100% whenever they want. 

Is there any possibility to solve this problem without changing the settings to resume function or feedback by question.

 I'm looking forward to any help - thank you in advance.

      Thanks Leslie!...I finally figured it out, almost immediately after I messaged you. It almost solved my problem, but not completely. Thanks a bunch for your help. :)
