Publish and Upload to Netlify Issue

Phew! In need of some insight:

I created a storyline course (using the free trial) and am trying to upload it to Netlify. I've watched a couple of tutorial videos, but no matter what I do I continue to get the same error message when I upload it to Netlify: Page Not Found. 

I'm selecting "publish to web" and using drag/drop to move the entire output folder to the Netlify site page. I'm not sure what I'm missing. Any ideas?

Also, because I'm using the free trial, would this impact my ability to publish and upload onto Netlify?
