Hi!
I'm creating a web based training, however sometimes when I try to preview slides it doesn't work. There then comes an error notification.
Now I wanted to preview the whole project by turnin...
You can find the screenshot attached (in german). But it's just a generic error message, without any detail in it.

I see that Marc and Jürgen have got you covered here. I'm just popping in to share that preview or publishing errors can sometimes be caused by corrupt elements in the project. Have you tried importing the slides to a new Storyline project to see if it helps?
If the error persists after importing the slides, do you mind attaching your project to this discussion or privately in a support case so we can try to nail down the cause of the problem? We'll delete it when we're done testing.
