Sorry to hear you've hit this setback when publishing from Rise 360 to the Web! I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and had some follow-up questions to start.
- Does this issue occur with one specific course, or all of the courses you try to publish?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different supported browser?
- Does the course contain any empty File Attachment Blocks? It might be helpful to check if any of those blocks have lost their attachments somehow.
