Publish to Word - Any updates planned?
Hello everyone,
Following the fantastic update earlier this year where translations are now exported in .DOCX format - I was wondering if something similar is planned for the "Publish to Word" functionality to allow it to work with non-Microsoft Word Processing software such as LibreOffice?
Many Thanks,
Andrew
Hi Andrew, 🎉
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 91, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the new features we’ve included is:
- Enhance security when publishing courses to Microsoft Word, which now supports the modern DOCX file format
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help.
Hello Andrew!
Adding this functionality isn't currently on our radar, but I'd love for our team to begin logging this request. You can share the need for the option to publish to a non-Microsoft Word Processing software such as LibreOffice with our team in the form of a feature request.
We'll let you know when we receive the request! If it is added to our roadmap, we'll be sure to update you in this discussion.
