Published output for LMS from Articulate Presenter has pink boxes instead of content

Hi Everyone,

I recently started experiencing this issue where I publish using the Articulate tab in PPT, and get the published version looking like this instead of showing the text or images that are on the slides. Has anyone experienced this? I've tried updating, disabling, reinserting content, etc. Thanks!

    I'm having this problem with a course now. I get a pink box in place of text on a slide and the title duplicates just above the pink box, even though it appears normal in PPT. I've checked for updates, changed fonts, tried rebuilding the slide, and restarted both the programs and computer with the same results. I was able to change fonts on one slide and it corrected, but the second slide I have with the problem hasn't changed.

    Hi! Try updating Articulate and PowerPoint, restart, and publish again. If it still shows wrong, contact Articulate support.
