Published Storyline file won't move from one slide to another with a video on it

I understand you're seeing issues when you access your course in Pelesys. I'd like to ask the following questions to help isolate the behavior:
- What happens when you test your course in Review 360? Does the same video also not load?
- Have you tried testing your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud?
If you can replicate the behavior in Review 360 or SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the video file in your course. There might be something wrong with it. If the problem is isolated to when your course is uploaded in Pelesys, please work with their support team to resolve the behavior.
