Publishing Rise 360
Hello,
I have created multiple lessons for my organization. My co-workers have created multiple lessons. We share the content, with editing abilities, however do not seem to be able to publish unless we are the owner of the lesson. Is there a work-around to this? We want to be able to publish the lesson to a PDF to provide as needed to regulatory bodies. However, if only the owner can complete this task they must be present day and time consultation is occurring and we would prefer to have more than one person able to provide this information on demand. Saving and replacing the PDF to a shared drive would be a less than ideal option due to the number of lessons and frequency of updates, constantly replacing them to keep current.
Thank you for advance any insight on this matter.
