Publishing Storyline 360 Projects and using Azure for Public Distribution

My organization has used Azure storage for many years to host our eLearning. It worked great until January 2023 when v.3.72.29654.0 came out and we started noticing a bug with the seekbar where (in browsers other than Firefox) if a user clicked the seekbar, the narration would reset to the beginning. This was a large enough glitch that we decided to only published using the pre-January 2023 version of Storyline going forward. We are currently still doing this. I did reach out to Articulate support and we confirmed the issue was the compatibility with Azure hosting but they seemed unwilling to resolve the issue through a software update - instead advising that we look for a new host.

It's a real shame because Azure is otherwise a cheap and effective hosting service.

As for how to upload an eLearning course to Azure, you need to set up a Blob container and dump the published files into it. I don't know how to do that as my IT team did it.
