Publishing Storyline 360 to ELM -- blank screen?
Hello,
Has anyone had the experience of publishing Storyline 360 to Oracle ELM (PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management) and when the learner tries to launch the on-demand lesson, it opens to a blank screen?
When the learner goes back a second time, the player launches correctly. Also, if the learner refreshes the browser, the player launches.
This seems to happen intermittently, and we're just trying to identify the common variable when the blank screen shows up. I've tried:
- publishing with and without quizzes/knowledge checks
- publishing to Pass/Fail or Pass/Incomplete
- opening in different browsers
Does anyone recognize this as a browser issue, Storyline 360 issue, other issue?

This sounds more like a loading or caching issue between Storyline 360 and the ELM environment than the quiz settings. Since refreshing or launching a second time fixes it, I’d check browser console errors, caching, and how ELM handles the initial launch request. Comparing logs from a successful and failed launch may help identify the common variable.
