Publishing Storyline 360 to ELM -- blank screen?
Hello,
Has anyone had the experience of publishing Storyline 360 to Oracle ELM (PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management) and when the learner tries to launch the on-demand lesson, it opens to a blank screen?
When the learner goes back a second time, the player launches correctly. Also, if the learner refreshes the browser, the player launches.
This seems to happen intermittently, and we're just trying to identify the common variable when the blank screen shows up. I've tried:
- publishing with and without quizzes/knowledge checks
- publishing to Pass/Fail or Pass/Incomplete
- opening in different browsers
Does anyone recognize this as a browser issue, Storyline 360 issue, other issue?

I would echo oliviaparker09​ check the console that will give you some meaningful data.
In particular, I'd look for:
- Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) errors
- Blocked JavaScript files
- Mixed content (HTTP/HTTPS) warnings
- SCORM API communication errors
- 404/403 errors in the Network tab
The console output will usually tell you very quickly whether this is a content issue, a hosting issue, or a browser security restriction.
