Publishing Storyline to Review 360
Hello, has anyone tried publishing a Storyline 360 file to Review 360 today (10/25/25)? When I publish, I get the following message: "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." However, it never displays. It just seems hung up. I've tried multiple time and also tried a different Storyline file altogether, but I still experience the same issue. (?)

I'm experiencing that message now (4/29/2026) and have checked the status page. Is there an issue systemwide currently? FYI - I was able to successfully publish this file to scormcloud.

I am also experiencing this issue with publishing from Storyline as of 11:00am (CST) on 4/29/26.

Storyline content uploaded to Review 360 now loads as expected. We'll continue to monitor performance to ensure everything remains stable.

Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing. This behavior when publishing to Review 360 is very likely related to the ongoing issue with our cloud service provider that’s affecting several Articulate 360 features.
Our team is monitoring the situation closely and working with our provider to restore full functionality as soon as possible.

YESSS! Same thing happening here - with the same messaging. Tried a variety of troubleshooting measures before seeing the messaging within Articulate that said, "Degraded performance across our systems - waiting on updates from our cloud service provider"... https://www.articulatestatus.com/

Hi! Yes, I am experiencing the same. I've tried all the recommended steps...manually uploading a file to review, uploading new file, uploading old file......etc. and still unable to publish to review.
