Publishing to Video and stuck at encoding...

Hello,

I'm trying to publish my storyline to video and it's getting stuck at a certain point - 'encoding video'. I've tried leaving it for hours, but still not working. I am saving it to my local c drive. I'm using the 'follow next actions' check box. All triggers are set to the timeline, as opposed to user interaction.

Any suggestions would be appreciated?
