Publishing to video auto play background music

Do you have access to Camtasia or Premier? If so, upload the MP4 from Storyline into one of those editors, along with your background music (each in their own track). Reduce the background music audio, cut the dragging tail of the audio and then add a fade out effect at the end of the audio. That should do it and will only take a few minutes.
