Q&A: Nova — AI, & Credits
How many credits are included with the standard AI-subscription package? And how can Creators on my team view the credit balance without having to reach out to the Account Admin? Creators should be able to view the credit balance easily, so they can prioritize usage.

Thanks for reaching out! At launch, Articulate 360 AI subscriptions receive a one-time credit gift of 20,000 credits per seat, up to 100,000 credits per subscription. After you use those credits, you can purchase additional credits separately.
Right now, the credit balance and usage details are available to admins rather than individual creators. I can see how having visibility into the remaining balance would help creators' credits, and will share this with our Product team. Thanks for sharing that use case with us!
Thank you, LucianaPiazza. That's helpful. To confirm, (outside of the one-time gift), there are zero credits included with the Articulate 360 AI subscription, and all credits must be purchased separately (in addition to the annual fee). Are you able to share the price for purchasing credits?
