Question Data from Scorm 1.2 Issue (Talent LMS)

Hi Guys

I wonder if you can help me figure something out. I have a client using Talent LMS and we've built a quiz in storyline which is published to SCORM 1.2 however the client can pull question data from the LMS reporting.

The quiz was built as a "pre training quiz" then duplicated to be used as the "post training quiz". Both SCORM files have different identifiers. 

When viewing the question detail report we are seeing some unusual behaviour, for example data is only sent from every other question or every slide is reporting to have 2 questions on it (which is incorrect). I have a suspicion that the data from the two files might be getting merged somehow but I need a bit of help in understanding how things work in order to test this out further. 

So, in the spirit of collective troubleshooting, I would appreciate it if anyone could help with the following:

1- If you use Talent LMS, have you seen this before?

2- Does each question in a Storyline file have an identifier in the source code? Is this viewable anywhere? 

3- Does anyone know how Talent gets the question data from SCORM 1.2 storyline files?
