question on the "leave" button

I can’t get the “Quittez” (Leave) button to work. Could there be an issue with my triggers? What changes should I make to get the button functioning properly?

    Sorry to hear that your Storyline course is not playing back as expected!

    I see that you've uploaded your .story file privately through a support case. Smart move! It looks like my teammate Carlo is handling your case, and just replied to your e-mail with insight and suggestions. As he shared:

    "Thank you for sharing your project file. I tested the course in our LMS server, SCORM Cloud, and the Quittez button with a trigger to exit the course is working as expected. You can also try previewing the course in Storyline 360, and when you click the Quittez button, it will immediately close the Preview window of the project. However, if you are testing the Quittez button in Review 360 output of your project, then it will not work there".
