Quiz Feedback Master Theme

Hi there, I have a course for which I've designed Feedback Master (titled Vitality 01) Quiz response scenes: Correct, Incorrect, Try Again and Review. I've updated all of the scenes multiple times, and the updates don't save. I'm also unable to populate the Response scenes content box in Form View on most scenes; Some of the scenes "Review" scenes publish with content some publish without content. Any idea why I'm experience so much difficulty? I've pulled the Quiz pull scene and the Quiz scenes out of the course and saved them in a separate file. Thanks in advance.
