Quiz hangs after user finishes quiz.
After exporting to SCORM file to an LMS, user sees that the page hangs after they finished the quiz. No scoring appears, and it just literally hangs there. Happened to a handful of users now. Asked user to change browser, still the same. What else can be done?

I have a few questions to get started:
- Are all users experiencing this problem with the course loading after finishing the quiz? If so, I suggest testing the course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if it's file-specific, or LMS-related.
- If the the the issue persists in SCORM Cloud, it'd be helpful to test your course directly. You can share it with our Support Engineers in a case, and we'll delete it once troubleshooting is complete.
- Are the learners working from the same type of device or network? They'll want to ensure these network endpoints are enabled for the course to play properly.
- Lastly, trying a different browser was a great step. Learners can also try an incognito window and clearing their browser cache.
