quiz not reporting correct results

We have a quiz consisting of 60 questions we do not want the course to remain on the users profile if they fail therefore completion needs to be after viewing second page etc but for the user and or HR team we need the scores reported to our LMS. 

i am happy to share our current settings (i cannot upload as attachments though) however these current setting are skewing the results after 4 hours and reporting purely on the 1st questions results. 

Please can you advise how we can fix this issue.
