Quiz not working correctly - Skips all questions

I seem to be encountering an issue when creating quizzes that didn't seem to happen before, whenever I am making a graded quiz with results slide, when previewing it only seems to dis...
Ok hopefully they can sort soon, just on your fix I applied what you mentioned but now It just sticks at question 2 after the disconnects have been applied? (attached updated file)
