Quiz Results not working

I have a Story that has me completely stumped. I have built a quiz in this story multiple times. In every instance where the last question is answered and the Results slide is supposed to show, all the slide does is a waiting animation. It  will not show the results slide. I have deleted and recreated the results slide numerous times, deleted and recreated the quiz draw numerous times, put the quiz and results in a new scene several times and I always get this problem. This story is module 2 of a 10 module course. All of the other quiz/result transitions work properly. Can someone, anyone please help with this.......

    When you insert a new Results slide, Storyline automatically creates the necessary built-in scoring variables.

    If you copy-and-paste, duplicate, or import a Results slide, the variables get messed up. That prevents the slide from loading.

    Usually, this can be fixed by adjusting the triggers to use the appropriate reference (if it's already been created). Or sometimes you can just rename the quiz to match the references being used in the triggers.

    Also, be sure that the “score” and “percent” references in the text boxes on the slide refer to the appropriate variables.

    And, sometimes, you just have to start from scratch by inserting a brand new Results slide.
