Quiz Review showing correct answers as incorrect

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're looking to do. Do you want the user to see the correct answer during Review, but not see the answer they selected?

The reason why it's not showing a correct answer feedback is because Storyline doesn't recognize the learner's answers (as it's resetting to an unanswered state), so it's marked as incorrect.
