Quiz timer reset after resuming the course

I have seen several same issues in Heros but I couldn't find the solution. I set up 15 questionbanks and result slides with quiz timer. However, when I resume the course, The timer will start agai...

This is still happening. I use the QuizMaker desktop app and we import via SCORM 1.2 file into our Docebo LMS. When I exit the quiz and then go back in to resume it, it starts our 90-minute timer over.

One troubleshooting step that you can do is to import your Quizmaker 360 quiz into Storyline 360 and then test how this version of your course will behave in your LMS. The appearance and functionality of your course will remain relatively the same, and you'll have the added benefit of having access to Storyline 360's customization features that were not available in Quizmaker 360.

We'll be glad to test if importing your quiz into Storyline 360 will address the timer issue. If this works for you, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
