Quiz will not move on to next question on website

We have an Articulate Rise 360 course running on our WordPress website and when we get to the Quiz question it will not Submit and continue.  We have tried many things including:

- Changing the Theme
- Disabling all plugins apart from those needed to run the course
- Used different browsers
- Changing the PHP Version
- Changing the WordPress JQuery Migrate to legacy settings

 

This is the error when we inspect the code and I have seen some others post similar errors on the Quiz.

Uncaught TypeError: LMSProxy.MatchingResponse is not a constructor
