It sounds like you're looking for a way to capture data and track learners' quiz results in Canvas LMS. I'd be happy to share some insight on that!
Quizmaker does send certain data to the LMS, one of which is quiz results. However, it would be up to the LMS to display those results. If you aren't seeing that data in Canvas, I would suggest contacting your LMS admin to set up a report that shows those results.
