R360 not showing number of feedback

Hi, I used to see a number added when a comments is added in R360 so I know how many there are. I don't see it now? Dani

I'm happy to help troubleshoot, and have a few steps for you to try:

What browser you're using? Please try clearing your browser cache and restart the browser to see if that makes a difference.
Have you tried accessing the comment from the email notification link?
