Random Draw Based on Number of Correct Responses

Hello,

I am setting up a project with a question bank of 10 MC questions. The user needs to get three questions (in total) right to reach the end and exit the module. They are given questions randomly until they achieve that goal. It would be nice if they don't see the exact same question that they got wrong until they've seen all the other questions first.
