Random video issues

Wondering if others have had this happen.  A course with several videos work great on a PC or Laptop.  However, when on the iPad using Safari sometimes one video will not play automatically as it does on the PC.  If you double tap the video it will eventually play.  The timeline moves as it is supposed to but the video is black until you tap it.  I have republished the video in Replay, I have published just that slide as a video and re-inserted it in the stack but the same behavior occurs.  Any ideas?

    I'm sorry you're hitting this snag! It would be helpful to see the video file to understand why it does not work on an iPad using Safari. Do you mind attaching your video file to this discussion or privately in a support case?
