Thanks so much for reaching out!

I'm happy to hear you've tried the Request Review feature. I tested this on my end and received email notifications for new comments and updates on when the review was completed.

One thing to check is that your project notifications are set to All Activity.

  1. Sign in to Articulate 360 and open the project you want to follow or mute.
  2. Click the More ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner and choose Project Notifications
  3. Choose a notification setting
