I'm sorry you've hit this snag when publishing to Review 360; I'm happy to help! I tried publishing a sample Storyline course to Review with no issues and haven't heard of similar reports.

To rule out a possible file-related problem, do you mind attaching your Storyline file to this discussion so we can test it on our end? You can also share it privately in a support case; we'll delete the file from our systems when we're done!
