Review (Still Processing)

10/20/2025 - Anyone having issues with Review "Still Processing" upon publishing. I've republished many times, turned computer off, etc.

    Good catch, and as Andy mentioned, this does look related to the ongoing outage with our cloud service provider that’s affecting several Articulate 360 features.

    We’re also seeing similar behavior with Storyline 360 projects published to Review 360, where uploads stay stuck on “Processing.”

    We haven’t been able to reproduce the same issue so far with Rise 360 courses. Could you please confirm which product you’re publishing from? That’ll help us track the impact more accurately.

  • My course are not getting stuck... they just fail. Alost immediately after selecting to publish I get the following: 

    Something went wrong

    There was an error publishing your course. Please try again.
