Good catch, and as Andy mentioned, this does look related to the ongoing outage with our cloud service provider that’s affecting several Articulate 360 features.
We’re also seeing similar behavior with Storyline 360 projects published to Review 360, where uploads stay stuck on “Processing.”
We haven’t been able to reproduce the same issue so far with Rise 360 courses. Could you please confirm which product you’re publishing from? That’ll help us track the impact more accurately.
