If your client's course is encountering issues when resuming it, there's a possibility that it is exceeding the "suspend data" limit of its learning standard.
To check if this is the case, enable the LMS debug logs for your course, and go through the course until you see any errors in the logs indicating that the suspend_data element has exceeded the limit. If your course does not exceed the suspend_data limit, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
