There isn't a way to add managers to a Review 360 course but you can ask your managers to subscribe to specific courses in order to receive notifications by following the instructions in this article: 

• Review 360: Subscribe and Change Notification Settings

All they'll need to subscribe is a valid Articulate ID which they can create for free.
