Storyline Audio
To resolve the issue, create a button (e.g., "Start") that triggers navigation to the next slide. This ensures users must click an element—similar to how the "Play" button on the loading screen is clicked in the solutions provided by Thierry or Kate, where only the audio slide is published. If the learner does not interact with the initial "Play" button (or any button on the first slide), the audio on the next slide will still load but remain muted due to browser autoplay restrictions. If the first slide contains a standard button, the initial "Play" button will not appear. However, if the first slide includes a "silent" audio file (as in Thierry's example), the "Play" button will be displayed to comply with browser autoplay policies. Either solution provided in this thread should resolve the issue. I hope Articulate will provide official clarification on whether this behavior is an intentional or an unexpected bug.
Hi - that is confusing!
I uploaded the second slide on it's own into review360 and it works so it must be something to do with the action of going from one slide to the next. I'll dig deeper!
Thank you for helping me feel like I'm not going completely mad! I bet it's something tiny but I just can't figure it out. Appreciate your help.

Hi Bridget and KateMackenzie . At first, the problem described by Bridget wasn't very clear. In fact, it's hard to understand what you're hoping for. But, fortunately, it “sounds” like a problem I encountered a few days ago. If I understand correctly, when you export your module to Review, the audio on the second slide can't be heard (I don't understand why there's a first slide that switches to the second at the start of the timeline, but maybe it's because there's information on it that you don't want to show). Ok, I've just tried a solution and it works well when I export your file to Review: I can hear the audio on the second slide. Give it a try. Put an audio file (any kind) on the first slide, with the volume set to “silent mode”. That's it!
I don't know why (Storyline internal bug that you can report to Articulate) but the first audio still doesn't play (but it doesn't matter) and the following ones do. Let me know if I've made myself clear. Here's your modified file.

ultimately given it works in SL but not in review360 points to a bigger issue - i'd submit a support case if I was you =)
