Re "We’ve updated our Terms of Service"

It'd be really helpful if there was a summary or at least a list of where to find these updates. I expect most of us won't know the original terms specifically enough to find the changes.

    I did look through the new TOS. From what I can tell, the big changes involve explicit terms about AI and its use.

    I also noticed that they clarified when they'll delete content after a subscription ends. And there's no item about trial periods.

    FYI: I specifically looked for that content, because I sometimes refer to it when answering questions in the community. I'm sure there are other clarifications and modifications. But, yeah, who reads everything?! 🤷‍♀️

    • 40% shorter agreement—faster to review
    • Removed mandatory AI disclosure—more flexibility for you
    • Express security warranty—we're putting our commitment in writing
    • 45-day renewal notice (up from 30)—more time to evaluate pricing changes

    Our goal was to modernize the terms to be clearer, more balanced, and more protective of your interests.
