Reach 360 - How do I Customise the Certificate Background
Hi Luciana, Thanks for doing that. You can close the ticket because I already raised one when I didn't get a response in the forum so I've already communicated with support. Thanks anyway. 😁
I have this question too - we're currently using a custom background I'd like to use but I can't seem to find a way to replace the generic one Reach 360 uses. Did you happen to find a solution through support?

Hello JosephFerraroKW,
Thanks for checking in on this!
Carlton’s case helped clarify that changing the certificate background isn’t available in Reach 360 right now. You can update the text fields, but there isn’t currently a way to upload your own branded background.
I know how important this is for teams that want certificates to match their visual identity, so I’ve added your experience to our feature request.
If you have any specific branding needs or examples you want us to consider, feel free to share them here, and I’ll pass them along to the team.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing this experience as a feature request! We have a lot of investment in colors and brand experience, so we'd really like to be able to take advantage of a feature like this in the future, and it'd certainly incentivize business justifications for considering upgrades.
Attached is a blank template example of how we're currently using a background for a certificate on another LMS platform. Not a perfect 1:1 on scaling, but should give you some idea of layout/positioning. The typical variable text elements (course name, user name, completion date, etc) are configured in their supplied editor, but you can sort of get the idea from here. I'll probably design something with more text real estate for next iterations. :)
One element that would really be helpful too that I'll mention is some control over the fonts - a lot of editors stick you with only a few generic ones to choose from. If it's possible to leverage other ones via upload or however else, it'd be a game changer.- StevenBenassi13 days agoStaff
Hi JosephFerraroKW!
Glad to see Eric has been helping you. Thanks for following up!
I understand that having more custom control over COC fonts in Reach 360 can be helpful. I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf.
We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!
