Reach 360 knowledge check level data

I am working on a course in Rise. There is a knowledge question that I included in the middle of one of the lessons. I need to review learner answers to this question.

When I publish the course, the only tracking options are percent completed and assessment. I don't want to make the knowledge check an assessment because it is needed in the context of the lesson (assessments create their own lesson).

Is there a work around or a way I can pass this data through to Reach 360?

Rise does not save any data for a knowledge check block used in a Lesson.

  • Hi DonielleB,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Knowledge checks are great for learners to review content within a course. The results aren't sent to an LMS, like Reach 360, so if you're hoping to track results, implementing a quiz is a solid option. If you'd like additional help with your course, I'd be happy to take a look at how it's set up. You can share a copy with our team in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
