Reach 360 Notification When New Use Self Registers
Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a way to set up notifications in Reach 360 so that I get a notification whenever a new user self registers onto Reach 360?
Side Note: There doesn't seem to be a Reach 360 section of the community so posting it in Rise 360 seemed the next best choice.

I am also interested in this feature. It seems deficient to expect that admins will have to log in just in case someone has signed up.
Hi John_CCG! Thanks so much for sharing this with us! We know it’s not ideal to have to log in just to check whether someone new has signed up in Reach 360.
An automatic notification for new self-registrations would make it much easier to jump in and respond right away. That’s a great idea.

Hi KellyAuner - I'm also interested in where this feature is on your roadmap. Our company is onboarding with Reach 360 and I'm looking for a way to track new user sign ups in real time.
Jumping on board to say I need the same feature. We need to track new registrants in real time.

For others in the community who are wondering the same thing, Reach 360 doesn’t have a built-in feature to notify admins when a user self-registers. We're tracking a feature request for a Reach API solution. In the meantime, this could possibly be done with the help of your IT team using the Reach 360 API.
