Reach 360 Question
Hello,
Odd behavior when our users are using Reach360. When they click Back to My Learning and My Learning, the course they are enrolled in does not appear. (Attached.) WHJen they click Browse, a generic course template appears – Full Time Staff Onboarding. (See attached.) They are not enrolled in this course. We’re confused what’s going on.

It sounds like your learners are having trouble locating course material in Reach 360!
I see that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Georvy. It looks like he just replied to your e-mail sharing insight on this behavior.
