Reach 360 Seat Limits
We are considering using Reach 360 to track completion of our new eLearning courses. I see that you get 300 seats with the Articulate subscription. My question is if a learner is removed- for example they quit their job and will no longer be accessing learning- does that open up a new seat? The online article I found in a google search went into details about if they start learning in the first 30 days and then left and came back they count twice or something like that....honestly it wasn't clear.
If I add 20 learners now, does that mean I am down to 280 seats for the rest of forever? Or will removing one who leaves the company bring me back to 281 available?

From my understanding is that you get 300 "Active" Seats. Active learner usage (that's what it is titled within Reach360) count's any active user within a "billing Cycle". The dates for example, April 21, 2025 - May 20, 2025 would count the users that were active within that cycle. If someone from the first cycle became active in the second cycle they would use another seat.
Once again, from my understanding, if you had 1 person who was active each month (or within the "Billing Cycle" they would use up 12 seats throughout the year. If Person B was active in Month 1, but then quit they would only use up one seat. Unless... They came back and started learning again, it would be another seat. - PhilMayorSuper Hero
AS Duane says I believe it is in the billing cycle and then they renew when you renew

Hi LFanz,
I’m happy to chime in!
I agree with DuaneReimer and PhilMayor. The Reach 360 Starter plan is included with every Articulate 360 Teams subscription and provides access for up to 300 active learners annually. These are counted as “learner credits,” which are drawn from a credit bank that is refreshed each year upon subscription renewal.
For your convenience, I am including the Reach 360 FAQ document in case you have not yet had the opportunity to review it. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any further questions.
