Reach360 - Manual Reminder or Link Options

I'm happy to help and tried to summarize my answers in an order that makes sense!
- Currently, there's only an option to set a course due date, and then choose how frequently your learners will be sent automatic reminders. We also added the ability to enable recurring reminders every certain number of days, which will automatically stop once the learner has completed their training.
- To customize these email notifications, go to Reach 360, select Manage, then Settings. You’ll see all of your notification settings under Learner Notifications. If you'd prefer the option to send manual reminders through Reach, I'm happy to submit a feature request to our product team!
- You're correct that you'd have to resend the invitation link if it's still pending. The learner can also search Reach 360 in their email to help locate the invitation. Alternatively, it's possible to share a course directly with learners, which is explained here.
- We're currently tracking a feature request that allows customers the ability to see what email notifications and reminders have been sent to learners. I'll add your voice and update this thread if I have news to share.
