Recommendations/feedback on localization providers

Hi all,

 We are looking at launching a localization effort for our Storyline projects and wonder if anyone has any experience with some of the translation providers out there and can recommend or provide feedback on them.

We are looking to localize both the slide captions and the audio/closed captioning as well.
